Do I Need Exact Numbers to make a booking?

We only need an approximate number to give a quote. If you add or people drop out, we can alter the final price per person, until the booking is made and deposit paid.

What are the hotels like in Croatia?

We will send 3 quotes based on 3-, 4- and 5-star accommodation. We can send pictures and much information as desired, but rest assured, we only offer the best.

Are flights included?

We do not include flights. We can assist you in finding great deals, but suggest you book your flights up to 6 weeks in advance to get the best prices. Trying to book 20 seats on a flight 2 days before your weekend… it won’t come cheaply.

Is transport included in the pricing?

All of our packages include Airport and Activity transfers.

Why should I bother using partyzagreb? I can just do it myself.

Partyzagreb is run by people who have lived in Zagreb for up to 11 years, we are English, Australian and we know what people want. Our team sources only the best suppliers and we pride ourselves on getting excellent discounts which we then pass on to you, the customer. The logistics involved in organising party packages in Croatia are virtually impossible to navigate without being here on the ground. It has taken us years to find the best, most trusted suppliers, so believe us when we say, its the experience that counts!

Do I have to have the stag weekend on set days?

We can run packages on any days you wish. It does not have to be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

When does the package have to be booked and paid for?

This is simple. The further in advance you book you will get better activity time-slots, a greater selection of hotels and generally more control over your weekend itinerary.
The final payment is not needed until 6 weeks prior to your weekend date (this can potentially be negotiated if you are booking something last minute).

Do I have to book the full package?

If you decide you only want the activities let us know and we can provide you a price for this without accommodation. we are as flexible as you need us to be.
